Dr Forests Organic Veg Booster Fermented with EM-1

 Dr Forest’s Organic Veg Booster is a liquid fertiliser designed to be used during the vegetative stage of plant growth. It is designed to be used in combination with a base fertiliser during the vegetative stage of plant growth. It contains nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and micronutrients as well as beneficial microbes and compounds to increase plant growth.

Veg Booster Fermented with EM-1

Veg Booster is fermented using EM-1 (Effective Microorganisms). EM-1 is a blend of phototrophic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, actinomycetes & fungi. The activated EM-1 contains vitamins, growth hormones, enzymes, organic acids, antioxidants and antibiotics that provide the plant with natural protection from pests and disease.

Contains: Mealworm Frass, Scottish Seaweed, Aloe Vera, Humic Acid, Molasses, Dr Higa’s EM-1 and Supa Cera C Powder.

How It’s Made:

Mealworm frass, aloe vera, worm castings, humic acid and filtered water are fermented anaerobically for at least 3 months at room temperature.

This liquid fertiliser, inspired by the Jadam method JLF (Jadam Liquid Fertiliser), is then fermented with EM-1 into an activated EM-1.

Scottish seaweed is then added along with EM-1, molasses and Supa Cera C Powder. This is then kept above 25 degrees and fermented for about 2 weeks before being strained and bottled.

Please be aware that this is a fermented product, so has a fairly strong smell.

Directions for Use:

Foliar

5–10 ml per litre of water

This product is strained through a 200-micron sieve. However, I would recommend straining before use when applying as a foliar to prevent blockages.

Root Drench

Dilute 5–20 ml per litre

It can be used every week to supplement your base fertiliser programme.
